Austin Ferierra
Austin has been an integral part of Villa Terrazza since 2018, playing a leading role in the company's day-to-day, alongside his wife Stephanie.
Known for his extensive product knowledge and hands-on approach, Austin specializes in both luxury outdoor furnishings and custom outdoor kitchens, helping clients visualize their ideal space. His passion lies in creating functional, beautiful outdoor environments tailored to every lifestyle that feel like an extension of home.
Michele McLellan
Michele's passion for design began early, helping her mom with her interior design business. Her natural eye for style, color, and proportion quickly turned her from a helper into a creative contributor.
Today, Michele is a key member of our sales team, helping clients bring their personal outdoor spaces to life in ways that reflect their unique taste. She approaches each project with dedication, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make every space feel both beautiful and lived in.
Juliet Bouldin
Juliet is a valued member of our sales team at Villa Terrazza, known for her warm, collaborative approach with clients.
Juliet combines a keen eye for color with a genuine curiosity about each person's style, helping create outdoor spaces that feel personal and inviting. Her thoughtful guidance and easy-going nature make the design process enjoyable and seamless.
Guillermo Garcia
Guillermo is our Logistics Manager at Villa Terrazza, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the warehouse to your patio.
He oversees our logistics team—from deliveries to repairs—and handles every order with care and efficiency. Known for his calm presence and can-do attitude, Guillermo brings reliability and warmth to every part of the process behind the scenes.

Meet Ethel, our resident greeter and comfort expert. She's typically the first to greet you when you walk through the door—always with a wagging tail and happy to meet you.
Ethel takes her job seriously; testing out the coziest seats, lounging by the fire, and making sure everyone feels at home. She loves making new friends, especially when compliments are involved, and would love to say hello when you visit!

Michael Robertori's passion for outdoor living was the impetus in retiring from the corporate world and starting Villa Terrazza along with Theresa in 2005. Mike got his start in the world of outdoor leisure with an outdoor kitchen he designed in his first house over 30 years ago, before such things were commonplace. With a fascination for how things are built combined with a unique design aesthetic, Mike enjoys getting into the details of the various lines offered by Villa Terrazza. His particular specialties are outdoor kitchen design, devising shade solutions for commercial and residential clients, and assisting clients with developing their master plan for maximizing the enjoyment of their outdoor spaces. In his off time, you can find him hanging out in the family's outdoor room, renovating a local bungalow, or on a trip to some exotic destination with Theresa!
Theresa Deere possesses a unique capability to mix material, color, and style into a gorgeous tapestry of outdoor comfort. With a natural gift for placement and color, she creates personal escapes within our discerning client's outdoor spaces. As a co-founder of Villa Terrazza, she has extensive experience collaborating to create one-of-a-kind expressions of creativity for outdoor living, which facilitates the creation of fun times and great memories for families and commercial clients. Theresa plays a critical role in determining the layout of the showroom floor and interpreting emerging design trends into innovative casual furniture. She and Michael's passion for travel help inspire the flavor of Villa Terrazza - if they are not in the showroom they are probably off on another adventure!
