The recycling process that Berlin Gardens uses is multi-facetted producing the sustainable lumber used in all Berlin Garden's outdoor furniture: 

• The polyethylene plastic, generally used in manufacturing mixed plastics, is gathered to be recycled.
• The recycled plastic is ground, melted, and then cooled to create purified plastic pellets, tested to the highest quality control standards.
• These pellets are melted, extruded, and manufactured into precision-cut poly lumber.
